Shipping and Tax Information
FREE Shipping on ALL ORDERS of $40 or more! Orders up to $40 will be charged $10.00 shipping.
We charge the following amounts for custom shipping in the US:
Next Day add $50
2nd Business Day add $30
3rd Business Day add $20
We are not allowed to ship Levi's®, Carhartt, or Carolina merchandise out of the United States. New York State residents will be charged 4% sales tax.
Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will refund or exchange your merchandise if returned within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in new condition with all tags attached. Please fill out the return form to include in your package.
We do not refund footwear that has been worn. Please insure proper fit before wearing them outside.
You are responsible for the shipping charges for the merchandise you are returning. For your protection insure the package for its full value. Also, we will charge $10.00 shipping on the replacement items you request. Replacement items should be received within 10 days.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise to us, and we will not charge you the shipping for the replacement item.
Credits
We will issue a credit as soon as we receive your return. It may take up to 2 billing periods for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
